Throughout his career, he saw firsthand how inconsistent documentation created unnecessary confusion, slowed training, and caused valuable knowledge to be lost when experienced employees moved on.

By creating procedures, organizing projects, training employees, and improving communication across teams, Justin developed a practical understanding of what effective documentation should accomplish.
